My Role
As a UX Designer, I worked to enhance the user experience for C3.ai’s enterprise AI solutions. I led user research by gathering and synthesizing insights to understand complex user workflows and translated findings into intuitive design solutions. My responsibilities included designing dashboards and interfaces that made data insights accessible and actionable for users and driving engagement. I also facilitated design reviews with stakeholders to align product vision and ensure the seamless integration of UX best practices into the platform.
